Every user and device should authenticate, and access should be scoped to what is actually needed. Multi-factor authentication is the floor, not the ceiling.

• Enforce MFA everywhere, including email
• Move shared accounts to individual identities
• Review access on a schedule, not just at onboarding

Verify devices, then grant access

Device posture checks - is the OS patched, is disk encryption on - let you grant sensitive access only to healthy devices.
